Using your confirmation email

The fastest way to track your order is through the link in your order confirmation email. Simply:

1. Open the email from Pixie Wing with subject "Your order is confirmed"
2. Click the View your order button
3. Your live tracking details will appear on the order status page

What to expect

• Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping confirmation: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
• Live tracking: Click the button above and enter your order number and email address to see real-time carrier updates.

Tracking not updating?

It can take up to 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation email for carrier tracking to reflect the first scan. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please:

• Double-check the order number and email address you entered
• Check your spam folder for any shipping confirmation emails
• Contact us and include your order number — we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf
