Keeping my engagement ring safe while I save lives…

I usually dont wear jewelry, after getting engaged I wanted to wear the ring, but I work as an emergency medicine physician so my colleague recommended Pixie Wing. I absolutely love it! This year I returned to Pixie Wing to shop for a number of Christmas gifts. As always the items arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date, in the most beautiful, subtle packaging and of course, the jewellery itself is superb. Rarely seen without it…

The only thing my fiancee were's more than her Pixie Wing ring keeper is her engagement ring. Excellent quality, lovely design and fantastic customer service. I don't wear rings yet but will grab myself a ring keeper too when I get my wedding band.

Overall very impressive experience…

I've ordered a couple of times from Pixie Wing. I have to say that every product that's arrived has been delightful. We've been very impressed with the quality (mom and dad ran a jewellers for years), design and overall experience. They also offer really good discounts for repeat customers - which has worked on me for sure!

Always exceptional…

I've bought a number of pieces from Pixie Wing and the experience has always exceptional. It's not often that I would bother to write a review for a company, but I recently had an issue where I needed to change the delivery address for my order from Pixie Wing and they were just so lovely in how they dealt with it. The jewelry is perfect - I've bought several pieces, their Ring Keepers (x2) and a few different earrings. It's all super-high quality, comes in really useful reusable packaging and so far has not shown any signs of wear (wear their ring keeper necklace everyday). A hidden gem of a jewelry store IMHO.

I love love love this product, it's ingenious. I received my necklace promptly and was pleased with the quality. The only drawback was I started to notice some of the silver showing through the gold after only a few weeks (didn't sleep with it on or shower). I contacted them and they (Melody) responded very quickly and offered a full replacement. I really appreciated the amazing customer service and the product is truly very good so I think I just got a fluke with a thinner coating. I get so many compliments on it and people are floored when I show them the utility. I recommend them to people constantly.

Amazing costumer service

Initially my order was lost (not their fault but the shipping company). The customer service rep I spoke with (Melody) was very helpful in fixing the problem and promptly sent me a replacement free of charge. In regards to the product, so far I love it. It’s very classy on its own or with jewelry. It’s a functional piece allowing me to wear my ring while at work, gym or doing house chores.

I ordered my Pixiewing Splash earrings with no problem. The status updates were well-timed and gave me the info I needed. Shipping took about 10 days from UK to my location in Ontario Canada. Really beautiful jewellery

Really beautiful jewellery. My partner runs a women’s social at a bouldering wall and uses the necklace to keep a ring safe. Not only does the necklace work perfectly but it looks great.

My brother bought me a silver necklace as a gift for Christmas but I have recently change all my jewellery to rose gold so I asked if i could exchange it.
