Orders & Shipping

Depending on stock levels, our products ship from our warehouse partners in the US, UK or Australia. If we are taking pre-orders or during times when our main centres are sold out, we will fulfill orders from our consolidating warehouse in China, which means customers receive their products in the quickest possible timeframe.

A note about where we make our jewellery:

All our products are designed in the UK. However, so we can keep cost to consumers down, we do not craft our items here.

Our products are crafted in China, at a carefully chosen jewellery specialists. For some, China has a reputation for lower quality products, however, this is a misconception. In fact, many premium jewellery high-fashion brands also craft their jewellery in this region.

We use the very best crafters in the business, and regularly inspect working conditions and product quality. You can rest assured that ethical treatment of staff and environmentally friendly processes are of great importance to us.

Delivery estimates are shown on all product pages.

Your item should ship within 1-2 business days.

Sometimes we offer pre-orders on items not currently in stock. These will be clearly marked on the product page as 'Pre-Order', along with an estimated shipping date.

We sometimes see a lag in tracking information updates. Please be patient and check again in few days. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us at info@pixiewing.com.

Otherwise, it could be you entered your email address incorrectly - something which is a common occurrence.

Not to worry - email us at info@pixiewing.com with your full name and delivery address and we'll update this for you.

If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email (info@pixiewing.com)and let us know of the error. We will do our best to change the address prior to dispatch.

Yes, we can ship almost anywhere in the world. This includes all of Europe, North America, Australia/NZ, South Africa and the Middle East.

If we are for any reason unable to ship to you, we will contact you and provide a full refund automatically.
