To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging, with tags attached

You are able to cancel your order but you must do so before it ships by contacting us (info@pixiewing.com) with your order number. If the item is already shipped, we will need to process this as a return and follow the standard returns process.
