Returns & Exchanges

We offer 45-day returns for all non-clearance items. Clearance items are clearly marked on the product page and are final sale.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Return address is to either our UK or NZ business address. We are working on a solution to provide return addresses for USA and Canada.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging, with tags attached

You are able to cancel your order but you must do so before it ships by contacting us (info@pixiewing.com) with your order number. If the item is already shipped, we will need to process this as a return and follow the standard returns process.
