RETURNS

30 Days Standard Return Policy
For all products*, returns are accepted on items that are unworn, undamaged and within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Return requests must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Once return instructions have been issued, items must be shipped to us within 14 days. Items shipped outside of these windows will not be eligible for a refund.

*Final Sale
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for change of mind returns outside the EU or UK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original Packaging Required
Please note that returns must include their original packaging, which must be intact and in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Return addresses are available in the following countries:
USA, Australia, UK, NZ.
Orders placed in countries other than those listed above will need to be returned via international shipping to one of the above listed countries.

International Returns
For returns originating from countries outside the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, customers must include the order details and a printed document clearly labelling the outside of the shipment as “Returned Goods.” Failure to provide this documentation may result in customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which may be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer where applicable.

We are unable to offer returns on any items sold as 'clearance'. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and are final sale only.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pixiewing.com.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@pixiewing.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and confirm whether it falls within warranty coverage before any resolution is offered.

Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature and severity of the damage, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Local repair reimbursement (Solid Gold products only) - where the damage is minor and repairable by a local jeweller, we will reimburse the cost of repair upon receipt of the jeweller's invoice.
  • Return for replacement or refund - you may return the product for a replacement or refund of the value.

Please note that warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered.
