RETURNS

***2024 Extended Holiday Returns ***
Any items purchased between 18 November 2024 and 24 December 2024 are subject to extended returns up until 31 January 2025. Items purchased outside this period are subject to our standard returns. Extended returns must have their original tags attached (if any), have no signs of use or wear, be in their original, undamaged condition and have their original packaging intact.

Ring Keeper Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident that after experiencing the Ring Keepers, you will not want to go back to the worry of losing your rings. However, if you change your mind within 45 days of receipt of your goods, you can return your necklace for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are not included. This trial offer does not apply to any product other than our sterling silver and 18k gold plated Ring Keeper necklaces. Excludes Solid 10K Gold Ring Keepers, which are covered under our standard 45 day return policy.

45 Days Standard Return Policy
For all earrings and Solid 10K Gold Ring Keepers, returns are accepted on all items that are unworn, undamaged and within 45 days of the purchase date.

Final Sale
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for change of mind returns outside the EU or UK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original Packaging Required
Please note that returns must include their original packaging, which must be intact and in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Return address is to either our UK or NZ business address. Some USA orders are eligible for a return address within the US. Some Australian orders are eligible for a return address within Australia.

We are unable to offer returns on any items sold as 'clearance'. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and are final sale only.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
