RETURNS

***2025 Extended Holiday Returns ***
Any items purchased between 28 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 are subject to extended returns for 60 days from the purchase date. Items purchased outside this period are subject to our standard returns. Extended returns must have their original tags attached (if any), have no signs of use or wear, be in their original, undamaged condition and have their original packaging intact.

45 Days Standard Return Policy (Outside holiday returns window)
For all products, returns are accepted on items that are unworn, undamaged and within 45 days of the purchase date.

Final Sale
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for change of mind returns outside the EU or UK.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Original Packaging Required
Please note that returns must include their original packaging, which must be intact and in a resalable condition.

Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Return addresses are available in the following countries:
USA, Australia, UK, NZ.
Orders placed in countries other than those listed above will need to be returned via international shipping to one of the above listed countries.

We are unable to offer returns on any items sold as 'clearance'. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and are final sale only.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
