Can I train, sweat and shower in it?
Waterproof and built for sweat. The 18k gold PVD plate is bonded to surgical-grade 316L stainless steel and holds through training, showers and daily wear.
Will the gold fade or wear off?
No. PVD plating is bonded to the steel, not painted on. It withstands sweat, chalk and daily wear. Independently tested by SGS to EU REACH standards.
What are Ring Keepers made from?
Surgical-grade 316L stainless steel plated in 18k gold PVD, Grade 1 commercially pure titanium, or solid 10k gold, depending on the piece. 316L is the alloy used for surgical instruments.

Will it move around while I train?
The pendant sits flat against the chest and the ring is held by the pendant's geometry, not a clasp. It moves with you and stays put.
Will my ring fall out mid-set?
No. The ring is held by the pendant's geometry. Once it's on, it stays on until you reverse the process.
