We're proud to serve customers all around the world.
We are a UK registered and women-owned company. Our designers are based in London, Yorkshire and Cornwall - a diverse range of counties combining historical heritage with contemporary chic.
However, that doesn't mean that we don't have a global reach - because we believe that women everywhere should have access to our unique treasures, we now ship worldwide for free.
We have made a commitment to reduce our plastic use to the absolute minimum.
Each of our products is shipped in a hand finished, natural hessian, button-closure branded bag. The bag is lined with supersoft cotton to give your treasures the protection they deserve.
To keep everything safe in transit and to add the extra wow-factor, we now use a super-chic, white, branded outer box to protect our special treasures inside.
The result is a premium packaging experience that doesn't cost the earth.
All our products are designed in the UK. However, so we can keep cost to consumers down, we do not craft our items here.
We use talented fabrication teams in a variety of countries to craft our products, and you can rest assured that ethical treatment of staff and environmentally friendly processes are of great importance to us.
When you place an order with us, we may ship directly from the UK (if the item is in stock in our warehouse), or it may ship from Indonesia, The Philippines or Sichuan in China.
Delivery estimates based on shipping origin are shown on all our product pages.
We will have sent you an order dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find this email.
Orders can be tracked using either the tracking number we sent you, or your email address and order number. You can track your order by clicking here.
There could be two reasons for this:
1. The email has gone into your spam or promotions folder. Please check these folders and if the email is in either, add us to your trusted senders so that you don't miss any future updates on your order.
2. The email address you entered at checkout may have contained a spelling error. If you think this may have been the case, please first check your spam/promotions emails folder. If you are unable to find an email from us (firstname.lastname@example.org), then please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
During busy periods, particularly the Christmas period, local couriers can take longer than usual to process and deliver items.
Shipping times (listed here) are estimated and are based on historical data. However, sometimes shipping can take longer. Particularly with some of the extreme weather and pandemic events we have been seeing lately.
